The tail end of 2021 is way too soon to open up a wine with this much Tannat in it. This is still really wound up - I don’t appreciate it much right now, but know I will in another 3 years or so. Cab Franc really dominating the aromatics, in a nice way, but the Tannat really grabs you on the palate. Great acidity. I’ll revisit this in a couple years.

Big, bold, lush black fruit. Tasty when you want something on the jammy side.

Woah! Let this beast air out for a few hours. Tight, tannic, and badass. Tannat, cab franc, merlot if I'm not mistaken. Awesome Irouléguy.

Lush fruit, but fresh with smooth tannins. Excellent.

Mostly Tannat. Rich fruit balanced by a fresh acidity and really nice aromatics. I was expecting this to be more rustic.

Very enjoyable Tannat blend. Very well balanced and smooth in transitions. Mint, meaty, dark berry fruit but not fruit forward, I must say I’m enjoying it more and more the longer it sits in the glass

Interesting wine. Smelled of black fruits and e.a. on the nose, but was quite light and vinous in the palate. Over time the tannin and acidic side became more pronounced. The structure suggests that it needs more time, but I fear that it might not live to get to that point.
