This was my first major letdown from Esterlina. Received the wine via the wine club. The wine lacked composition and complexity. The flavors are flat and very undeveloped. I've recently enjoyed some amazing Napa Merlots and this does not compare. I'm going to age bottle and see what happens in a few years. Will report back!

2013. Everything a Merlot should be. Smooth, fresh, balanced, good fruit blended with good earthiness
