From back in the days when this wine was very different from today; 50% Nebbiolo, 25% Barbera, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Easily another 10 years of perfect drinking before it'll fade. Just beautiful!

when I opened this Nebbiolo from Iuli the other night, we all said "ooooh" because it smelled so good -- brambly, mountain fresh, present. and then it was all gone.

Oct 17th, 2016I love Nebbiolo and this version from Monferrato is worthy of your attention; showing rich cherry fruit paired with an intruiging almond character and dense tannins. Lofty acidity on the finish creates lightness despite obvious its mid-palate weight. Elegant. Adorable and sensual. Thru 2025.

100% Nebbiolo! Classic, gorgeous, drinks like Barbaresco. Fine tannin, red cherries, mushrooms, tobacco, anise, long lingering finish and perfect with 'njuna sausage.
