Green Cap which is off dry which is the super sleeper category at Molitor. Might be the best of the green/gold and white. Yea, I said it. Stunning nose of slate, lime flesh, lime sweet tart, huge slate, just so good. Palate is so juicy, so vibrant, so alive and just bursting with lime fruit and has ridiculous personality. Really elegant. Salty, crunchy and structured. A remarkable wine and value. Super long. So close to a 9.5. Maybe it is one? Let air determine.

Golden color. All kinds of dried fruit aromas, apricots, bee wax. Flinty mineral with medium-light body. Well balanced medium (+) acidity. Off-dry to medium sweet on the palate.

Wine has a hell of potential, but already drinks well. This kind of wine to stock up and observe how it develops with time.
