Deep Ruby color with dark berry fruit aromas, floral spice and oaky notes. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry with cherry, oak, pepper, some hints of smoky floral herbs and spice. Ok mouthfeel, good balance, fine dusty tannins, medium finish ending with herbs, oak and fruit. Drink now!

Trademark Margaret River herbaceousness with a touch of tobacco. On the palate some Cabernet cassis but the herbal brambley elements dominate. Can drink now or in the short term.

Much better than advertised, the 2019 Ring • Bolt Cabernet has all kinds of things going for it. We decanted it. But even before that this incredibly delightful Margaret River Cabernet openly betrays its value.. the nose is ripe, round and full of character. Stewed cherry and even deeper hints of cassis reveal themselves before it arrives on the palate- and a juicy arrival it is. The finish is juicy, though not in any way abbreviated- just balanced. This is a lush, young Cabernet that drinks beyond its years and far beyond its price.

Band-aid, green pepper, cocoa powder, really not my game.

Quite a pack of ethanol on the vapor, mouthful of spice and sweetness with loads of tannin, which smoothes the acid out to a surprisingly gentle end. A wine like a boisterous guy at the bar who's unexpectedly soft spoken and mellow in person.

Nice balance. Delicious w yes a bit oh eucalyptus and mint but I think that makes Australian wines, Australian. (Devine wines)

Very nice wine with loads of pepper and spice. A little bit of lingering Thyme and Bay leaf as well. Very well done if you like Australian red

Third of the blind reds for this quarter's S&E Wine Club. Theme was Chardonnays for white wine and red wines you can purchase at grocery stores.

Bricking on the edges with a deep garnet core. Old nose with woody elements, newspaper, a touch of cinnamon and red berries. Integrated medium tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. A lot nicer on the palate with mixed berries and cedar. Quite a bit of acidity and rounded. Medium length finish. Drink now.
