Viña Pedrosa Reserva Ribera del Duero Tempranillo Blend

Founded in 1980, Vina Pedrosa estate has 135 hectares set on chalk & clay sloped hills. Ruby aromas of black and red fruit, pepper spice with slight earthy notes. Blend of 90% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and 10% Cab Sauv, aged 24 months in oak casks, further 18 months in bottle before release. The palate shows cherry and blackberry, with toasty oak, cacao and black pepper spice. Firm tannins, lively acidity, complex, long finish ending with earthy mineral character. Great now, still has decade to run.

90% temp and 10% cab sauv smoky truit quite lush tannins are smooth

Oh Lordy, this tastes wonderful. A little age. Great balance.

A little coarse but again mineral red fruit driven very integrated oak and bright acidity.

Bonito color rojo picota con ribetes ocres.
En nariz fruta negra, balsamicos, regaliz, toffe. Ahumado.
En Boca es sedoso, con taninos redondos. Largo retrogusto.
Magnifico vino.
