Very classic CS/Merlot blend with black currant & cassis with some pencil shavings and a whiff of menthol. Ripe and fruit forward on the palate with polished tannins and good balance between the fruits& the acidity. Proper, correct, could come from any other place in the world. Still, a very good wine in itself.

You might imagine a tanned lady that has a backbone. Went well with a white pizza but still a little tight - would love to try it again in three years :)
