Actually super good! If this wine were a dancer it would be doing some pretty impressive things right now, from the robot to the fortnite dances.

‘It looks like it’s aged 7 or so years’ 👀

It has a red top!

Couldn’t tell what it was, but it looked and tasted much more aged than it was.

Bright medium-dark red-ruby. Herbs, spices and dark plum with a violet topnote. Then more licorice and herbs in the mouth with a juicy mouthfeel. Finishes bright and fresh with good persistence. If wine could be fun, then this is a blast. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, August 2019)

Blackberry, raspberry, currant, plum, cherry and mossy earth. Good structure and moderate tannins.

I opened it yesterday night so it's been 24 hours. The nose is made of red berries and black pepper and a tiny bit of licorice. There is a bit of heat too. The palate shows a massive acid backbone, tangy red berries notes all along, a good width, a lively mouthfeel, light tannins in the rear kicking off a long finish with fruit and a very subtle dusty layer. It's playful and delicious but it packs a punch. It's probably better to chill it a bit before service.
