Wow! Great example of what I expect from a Barolo. Spice, earth, tar, light/red berries on the nose with a smooth light focused finish. Great with pasta and white meats. If your looking for pure power this is not the wine for you. If elegance is your taste, then give it a try.

This is a very typical Barolo for all the hallmark aromas and flavors, yet this wine has such soft finesse with a med finish. It is pairing perfectly with the pot roast that's been in the crock pot all day long!
