Dry, crisp, lean. Subtle but balanced and straightforward.

Beautiful color. Soft pear/peach nose. Mineral and lemon forward, but not too sharp. Lingers nicely on tongue with hints of fennel? It's sparkling but is kind of medium bodied. Easy drinking and would go well with a tray of oysters.

Our first champagne and favorite champagne. Drank it with a Cajun spicy meal and it was incredible.
