Very nicely balanced and while the slightly hollow mid-palate allows alcohol to become too evident on the back palate, it still represent a classic and unmistakable Port experience. Silly cheap considering its price tag, this is a true bargain. Dried cherries, cedar wood and hints of slate create interest.

Onwijs fruitig in de neus. Solo heeft hij een scherp randje, maar bij een mooie blauwader komt hij prachtig tot zijn recht. Halfzoet karakter met een lange, fluwelen afdronk!
