This is my favorite Canadian red blend by far. Such great depth of flavor! It paired perfectly with some venison backstrap steaks off the grill. This heavy wine has beautiful dark fruit flavors, with little hints of cherry and licorice. I can’t wait to get back up there to #Hiddenbench in Beamsville. Such a friendly place.
