This was a suggested pairing with chocolate cake for Christmas dinner. This is sweet but not syrupy. I don't think i would purchase it again.

En fait ça ressemble beaucoup à un Porto donc idéal bien frais avec du melon et du jambon de pays. En effet il est trop sucré pour être bu sur une entrée, un plat ou un fromage.
