Audelssa 07' Res. grapes were sourced from Mt Veeder. Inviting nose. I get dark chocolate, Cedar, mocha. Elegant smooth tannins. Very light acidity after hour and a half decanting. Drinking perfectly now.

Macaroons from France to pair with this wine... Erich Bradley we are so privileged to know you! Fucking fabulous. (I told everyone one word descriptor...). Bananas. Maraschino cherries. The perfect end to a beautiful meal.

Really nice aromatics that fill the room. Black and blue fruits, earth. Medium bodied, dark berry, pepper, in the mouth. Finishes with spice/black licorice. Well balanced and nice complexity overall. Had some very nice bottles from Audelssa, recently rebranded as Pangloss Cellars.
