Asian pear, ginger, white flowers and some sweet spice zing along with bright acidity. Better than my last bottle and I enjoyed that one, too.

Racy, minerally, with exotic aromas of cumin and saffron, herbal notes of tarragon and oregano, pickled ginger, rainbow peppercorn, chamomile, oxidized grapefruit, lemon curd, palate is full of flavor and spice. Such a beautiful interplay of fruit, spice, and herbaceousness. With a pork chop and Brussels...heavenly. Continue to dig hard on "The Hof".

2011 vintage. can't quite call this a Gemischter Satz, because we're not in Vienna? could keep it another few years...or devour it, there's some big-ass weissburgunder or something in there to amp up structure - making it ok to drink with "mixed grill" even fun with lamb. cool
