Everything you would expect. Fizzy, Verdejo-y, slightly sweet in a grapefruit-y way. An accidental hangover.

Acid is rad. Honeydew mellon, vanilla, beeswax, petrol, orange blossom, grapefruit pith, steely, stoney. QPR through the roof. Needs scallops or razor clams stat!

Strong acidity, lemon lime, with florals and herbal notes underpinning. Acidity turns to a pith like bitterness on the finish. Unbalanced.

A darker straw coloured Verdejo. More viscous feel, very citrus and almost verging on sweet. I find just a touch of acidity, with strong blend of light flavours that eases off nicely so not too overpowering. Very fine aftertaste, refreshing wine even though richer and heavier texture.

Notes of citrus. Good acidity. I wouldn’t drink this on its own, but was an excellent pairing with spicy food. Drank it with Tom Yum, Jungle Curry, and Fried fish in a sweet and sour chili sauce.
