Appellation Bourgogne Contrôlée 2009, 12.5%. From the Côte d'Or. Bottle tasted in September 2014. Good color, but very acidic in the mouth. Not for me.

An OK Pinot- on the light side but a bit harsh on the tongue. Acidic in the mouth and down the throat- but still drinkable.

Doesn't have the notes of a typical Burg. Very disappointing.

Light. Not tannic. Would recommend for an everyday wine at an affordable price.
