Citrus and minerality - will go great with the chicken I’m roasting!

Lovely floral aromas with a bit of brininess and minerality. Nice melon notes and good orchard fruit. Medium length - I'd like a little more acidity but this is clean and refreshing. Great wine with a wide range of foods

Pale yellow color with beeswax, lemon, lime peel, wet stone and a bit of white flower aromas. In the palate it's medium-bodied, and well-balanced with vibrant acidity and apricot, Apple, citrus flavors and an appealing minerality. Lingering finish.

A bigger version- lemongrass, underripe kiwi and citronella, sweet green herbs, green strawberry-- palate has a good amount of creaminess yet finishes light with some pithy bitterness. This is unbelievable stuff for an Italian varietal from Paso. Surprisingly my favorite Tablas white.

A treat. Not Italian in character but a nice dry and citrus like profile going on. So oddly interesting.

Paso Robles? Fresh, crisp, savory, 12.7% abv. Really fun treat. Now I need to explore more of what is going on in the southern part of the state.

I can't honk of a better domestic Vermentino.

Not typically Italian but quite good. Kinda wish they called it Rolle with owners being French
