The wine offered lemon, peach, pineapple, orange peel, a hint of banana, honey, lanolin and hints of green tea and gasoline on the nose. On the palate the wine showed lemon, apple, peach, pineapple, some orange, mineral notes, wet stone, smoky notes, some green tea, a hint of honey and a mild spiciness, paired with medium-plus acidity, a good mouthfeel and incredible length. The medium-bodied wine was very balanced and paired well with our salmon dish. This being said, this bottle was less expressive and did not show quite as well as a bottle opened at tasting a few weeks ago. 90
