Bianco delle Venezie IGT 2013, 12.5%. Blend of Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla. Bottle tasted in July 2014. Beautiful rich golden yellow color. Nose detects herbs, mint, and for me pulp of red apples. Rich and fresh in the mouth: perfect with the seafood lunch I had together.

Pale yellow colour. The nose is fruity with pineapple and yellow apple notes. The flavour is exceptionally interesting with a lovely full-bodiedness that presents yellow apple, mushroom and dusty crushed gravel. Paired spectacularly with a wild boar carbonara.

Crisp and bright fruilan white. Smells like apple sauce. Smooth and suave on the palette with bracing acidity, lemon and minerality on the finish. Had with homemade friulan zucchini porcini pasta.
