Paired this beauty with oysters last night.. Unreal texture, power, and elegance. Lemon blossoms, limestone, and stone fruits with a very appealing tropical exotic note goin on.. Nose and palate kept evolving over dinner.. Such grace in this bottle. #perfectpairing #grandcru #chabliss
