55% Slope Impassable Mountain Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Wow I have to say this is amazing. But way to young. Had to try it so opened it young but the others need to be put away at least for 10 years

2008 Hidden Ridge "Impassable Mountain." An absolute beast - expressive, concentrated, and complex. Compares favorably to some well-known cult Cabs. doesn't necessarily need a lot of age but I'd be interested to see this in five years. WA 96 pts

An excellent Sonoma Cabernet. It aged perfectly.

Not as tight as my last bottle, 30 minutes to blow off the funk & you’re set

2007 mid range taste off. Several have this mis Labeled in their reviews, this one is the impassable Mountain Reserve, not the 55% slope Cabernet,
Nice nose, not as full bodied as expected but still a nice wine

Not as big as the 13 but still great QPR,

With Fillets,
Still needs a hefty decant of 2-3 hours to open up,
