The nose shows very pure hedgerow fruit but beneath that is an intricately woven spice, cinnamon, clove, wild mint, touches of chocolate and a stoney mineral note.
I'm the mouth there is plenty of spicy black and blue berry fruits and a chalky tanninc bite, simple but pure and honest.
