Mar 23rd, 2024Made in the Cali style with oak and sweetness but with fantastic concentration, balance and structure. Tropical fruits and pastry on the nose. Actually really harmonious. Supple waxiness and minerals. Great value!

Jan 19th, 2019Big fan of this producer. I had the ‘12 vintage of this a few months back and I think it was a touch better. Sulfuric/reductive aromatics. Toffee and butterscotch, but very salted. Savory and waxy.

A bit reductive at first, alongside burnt lemon, meringue and sea salt aromatics. More banana peel and honeyed mango and truffled mushroom came through as it opened and warmed up. Great producer. Thanks @Dan Fitzgerald
