Balanced, medium bodied with a spark of citrus - finishes well with a smooth tangy parting. Pair with a nice white meat/fish/cheese and enjoy!

Yum, robust Pinot Grigio. Not super crisp, but the medium bodied fruit makes it worth that.

Pale straw color. Aromas and flavors of pears and golden apple. Notes of straw and freshly cut hay. Distinct mineral note on the finish. Reasonable acidity. A bit sharp.

Here we have quite a refreshing, limey wine but restrained with oak. The nose introduces that lime in a very dry way with the entry confirming the dryness further. There's what I would describe as a nice yellow apple note as well. Significant acidity and a very effervescent finish. Refreshing!
