Good and quaffable. A little d barnyard on the nose and no rough edges, nice fruit complex enough for a Sunday night. Good example of a Took a Crianza and a screaming good deal at $4.99 per bottle from Grocery Warehouse.

Deep garnet, almost brackish in color. Dark fruits, Plum, blackberry, vanilla on the nose. Palate is bright and surprisingly tart. Oak comes through very nicely on the finish. Lighter body than expected, but nice acid. Not unpleasant balance.

This was a cheap buy, only £6 from my local booze buster. Drank in its own without food, was very palatable and everyone was an immediate fan.
