We decanted at onset but was drinking quite nicely for a youngster. Post dinner It is evolving beautifully. Rich nose. Complex. Dried cherries. Really nice.

Stunning, rolls off the tongue like a Politicians lies..... Lovely colour and the aroma brings you to different parts of the world.. Superb with a full rib of beef... We drank following a few pints of ale, usually the taste buds are shot at that stage but this "Gem" go through.....
