This is hands down, STILL, one of my favourite wines in the world. You just cannot do better than this, in its price category, and it destroys most wines priced more expensive than this too. Like i DARE you to compare a Luce to a Tignanello. What a joke. This is soooooo amazing.

Lots of Sangiovese in a new world style from Luce. Dark, dark fruit and went great with pesto bread and spring pasta. Wow.

Big fruit. Big oak. Big tannin. This wine is undoubtedly in the modern camp---from the deep, extracted color to the chocolaty-spicy oak---but is unquestionably delicious all the same.
