What a treat. Definitely worth sitting on this beast for 6 years. Big and full punch in your face, with some definitely Tuscan trademark favours rounding it out. I even taste the Florentine leather somehow 😉

At first, this wine seemed slightly over the hill. Not sure if it was pairing with food, some aeration or the alcohol (in my head) that let this wine blossom in the glass. This wine sings after 30 minutes. Somewhat soft and round with lots of structure and backbone making a for a great balanced wine.
