One of things I like about this producer is that they use no new wood on their whites and little if any on most of their reds. When they use wood its used and much of it in large Foeders. I like their whites more than their reds. However, that is by no means a statement by me that their reds are not good wines.

This Sauvignon Blanc is tropical in style. Nose of tropical fruits; banana, passion fruit, guava, mango, green melon, white citrus, nice, soft minerality.

The palate shows; big green apple w/ skin, banana, white citrus, passion fruit, guava, mango, green melon, beautifully, soft, elegant minerality, some cut grass, very nice acidity with a finish that starts round & tropical and ends dry.

Photos; of the clay pots Sebastian used for some of his wines. He’s had one Moscato in clay for seven years. Sebastian likes to experiment and incorporate some of the old traditional techniques to makes wines that are an expression of place. The large Foeders they use and grounds around the property.

Just right enough of balance. Affordable price. Refreshing, Aroma, medium body, just right for the mood.
