Iconic Demetria. Supple and structured. Luscious fruits & herbs, complex yet subtly nuanced with sweet spices, pleasantly integrated natural acidity and tannin. One of my most favorite naturally balanced examples of Rhone in the Central Coast. Higher-elevation Biodynamically farmed fruit. Bingo!
