Great vintage -good wine. It may take some time - a great saline and melon profile but as it warms it gets a little lemon lime soda (that should be $1 a can). Hoping that settle out - I won’t have another bottle for a year.

Extremely steely, watery and minerally. Almost diluted. Was perceived as elegant and different by other guests at the table.

Ocean spray, lime zest, Mediterranean herbs, white peach, acacia blossom and subtle hint of orange marmalade and shortbread on the nose
Straw, lemongrass, lemon & lime pulp, yellow orchard fruits on the palate ~ piercing acidity yet finishing with the faintest hint of apricot and Marcona almond
