I like mineral and clean character of this chablis. Zesty, lemon curd, fresh and balanced - but it does not offer fireworks (pity in the New Years eve :)), but plain does not means bad. Highly aromatic, honeysuckle & green pear, this 2013 we rated higher than 2011. Cheers and happy New Year.🎈🎆🎊
