Aroma of watermelon candy and jolly rancher now, a bit simple. Bubblegum, lots of Tavel texture on the palate with a bit of residual sweetness and just enough minerality to balance. Simple and fun; don’t have enough experience to say how this will develop, but I’d imagine based on texture and minerality some tertiary notes will come and be welcome…

Bright ruby red. Red fruit and forest berries. This isn't a wallflower rosé but a serious wine more akin to a red.

Good TV wine. A little tight bramble fruit from the Grenache. Merlot rounds out the body. Smooth, medium tannins, unripened plum skins.
