Usual Rioja Nose with black currant, cocoa, tar, meat juice, strawberry jam too and finally leather. The palate is well made with an acid drive with a punch, a god width, a silky mouthfeel, a powerful mid palate with a nice tannins layer that helps kicking off a nice cocoa and black currant note. I was expecting a much worse wine
