Robust Chianti, high tannins. Elegant structure with a sharp finish. Had it in Yaoundé at "Il Pastaio" restaurant, managed by a Siculi chef. Paired it with home made penne alla Eoliana.

We picked this up at a little wine shop by the hotel today in Florence...honestly haven't had a bad wine yet in Italy but this is really good and was only €13
