A #Tuscan #Sangiovese is always a right choice when there is Bolognese on the table. Beautiful red colour, dry and tannic on the tongue; other notes include leather and dark fruit. Smooth acidity and mid-high alcohol level. Weekend wine which is good for a few days, also paired well with a pizza.
