Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of vanilla and floral. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality.

A nice minerality lines up well with a buttery walnut note, and green apple notes. Tastes like a green apple pie served on a cold piece of steel. Just not enough acidity to push it into the 90pt range.

Mild, inoffensive flavor. Very little nose. Delicate. Slightly fruity flavor but not sweet or dry. Juicy and fresh. Likely good before dinner or with light fare. Pleasant on its own.

Lovely damp, musty, mossy green. Dried mango and star fruit.
Pairing with willoughby cheese, almonds, apple onion jam, and rustic bread. Perfect!

Butter is nice (and I am not usually a fan of a buttery chard). Definite pear/apple, low minerality. I would enjoy this with a mushroom ravioli with a light cream sauce on a warm spring evening.
