Normally would avoid a White Rhone blend from the new world like the plague (expecting broad, fleshy, ripe character) this is chalky, fine and tight but generous in flavour at the same time. Loved it.

Regardless of how much I thought I knew about a Roussane blend, this may very well be described as Chardonnay's less fickle and more structured and defined big brother. True, this is a blend, yet tastes like a buttery, bold and structured Chardonnay. White flowers, yellow tree fruits and malo, oak.

V12. Very good, different, dignified. Fig, oak and soft floral bouquet. Pear, honey, orange zest combine with a nice round finish. Big flavors , but not over the top.

A solid pairing for beef Pad Woon Sen. This white Rhône blend offers a food-friendly, delicate, refreshing expression with some layers of tropical fruit, white flowers, spices, and a balanced minerality. While lacking in depth and mouthfeel, I feel it serves its purpose well 👌🏻

66% Roussane, 28% Grenache Blanc, 28% Viognier.
