Happy Christmas Eve!!
Came in a really cool James Bond box with an awesome lifting mechanism!
Great start to the holiday season! Medium gold color. Classic Bollinger nose. Wine is very complex with brioche, nuts, apples, peanut butter, and lots of caramel. Dessert in a glass! I don’t think this has much aging potential so drink up!

The name’s Ball... Jeff Ball and I found this champagne to have quite a bit of yeast and some caramel on the nose and palate. It was surprisingly syrupy as well.

A great vintage and has aged well. Developed a lovely golden colour. A long finish and a full fruit flavour, mainly stewed Granny Smith apples but also some berries, also hints of toast and brioche
