Carneros. Sort of a bridge between a light, floral, wateryPinot and the tannic, smoky Pinots I usually prefer.

Spends close to 3 years in oak. A bit heavy for the Style.

Valley of the Moon Carneros Pinot Noir 2010: Soft. Round. Rich smooth flavors. This was a wine I received as a member of their wine club several years ago. @valleyofthemoonwines was the first winery I was ever a member of and they will always have a special place in my heart! Still have over 20 various varietals & vintages in my cellar just waiting to be unleashed & explored! Have a great day & weekend! Cheers🍷

A nice Pinot as you would expect from carneros. It was okay until I let it rest a bit. When it opened up it was very good.

2012. Very light at first- almost watered down. Somehow time gave this depth. Wild tart red berries.
