Ruby dark red color. Spicy, ink, very powerful on smell. Complex, long, high acidity. It truly needs to be paired with red meats, or any other powerful meal. Thanks Antonio Melendez Peso for the Bday present!!

This was quite tasty. A quick decant should help enhance it further and tame the tannins a bit. Needs food like a good grilled rib eye. Luscious red and black fruit flavors with firm acidity. It has a lovely and subtle creaminess i really enjoyed along with a delightful graphite component. Great Ribera del Duero expression.
