Visited Huber Winery today and tasted 15 of their estate wines. This one really surprised me with forest floor, spice and black chocolate notes. 24 months aging in 60% new French oak - predominately cab and cab franc from clay soil. Old world style with long finish. This would be a great wine to put in a blind tasting of Bordeaux blends.

I am super surprised this held up. This is a 2004. Little green pepper but not much. Still drinkable.
