Brut Rosé Champagne Blend

Bright carnation pink with fine persistent bubbles. Inviting nose of strawberry and roses. Full mouthfeel from the palate which echoes the nose adding watermelon and a hint of ash on the moderate finish. Bright, mouthwatering acidity, of course. A wonderful pink Champagne from a master house. I prefer mine with a bit more red (saignée is my true preference), but for a classic “middle red” sparkler, this one should suit everyone. Drink it when you buy it.

Incredibly a rosé with a golden apricot color to it.

An older bottling but still drinking nicely with raspberry and strawberry fruit and pretty floral notes along with that classic chalky minerality of champagne

Peach, wax, slighty notes of brioche. Very little bubbles, flat on the palate, lack of acidity. Not a very promising showing.

Rose

This was Pommery’s Sparkling Rose from California. Light raspberry aromas with tart fruit flavors. Bone dry with a creamy mousse. Interesting medium pink color. Intensely crisp and effervescent.

Mothers day brunch. Good flavors but Lacks pop and complex bubbles/moussè. No QPR here 😔

excellent alone, with shellfish, or any light fare.

Was a gift. First time I've had and I thought it was great.

Peach on the nose. Sparse collerette with larger bubbles. :/ Beautiful hue of a pale, almost pink raspberry.
