New oak, ripe, dense fruit, tannin structure that is from the wood for sure. More like Cali than Northern Italy. A style for sure. Pair it with big 🥩

Banfi ’La Lus’ Albarossa 2017: Medium-bodied. Nice balance with controlled acidity & low tannins. Fresh tasting & vibrant. Notes of bright red fruits, blackberry, vanilla & spice. Elegant silky finish. This was my first time trying Albarossa, a Piemonte born & breed grape variety. Loved the color. Loved the bouquet. Loved the aromas. All in all, it was extremely delicious & enjoyable right now and a great value that I went back and bought two more bottles for the future. Good quality, I recommend. Happy weekend to all! Cheers🍷
