Les Perrières Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

Off the list at River Cafe in Brooklyn. Nice bright straw color. Fruit forward nose. Notes of citrus, wet stone, minerals, and some spice. Showing well but still a baby.

Ripe lemon, deep minerality and notes of oak, almond oil, lingering finish.

This wine is the definition of great #chardonnay crisp and creamy at the same time, long in the tongue with white fruit slightly floral aromas, wow!

Voluptious but with a strong acid based spine. Holy crap. I am a fan...surprised
