Banging on all cylinders tonight, rich and supple with a touch of funk, but chocolate and blackberries prevail. Unlikely to improve with further cellaring but will continue to evolve for another decade. I'm just unsure that it can get . Any better than it is tonight.

Plum sauce, black cherry cordial, fresh lavender, and sweet vanilla custard. A bit over-the-top right now, but will probably improve over the next couple years.
