Ripe ripe ripe red fruits, sour cherries and crunchy, forest floor, kinda ginger beer thing. Exaggerated, flabby, I mean still acid but not to stand against this massive fruit. Good tannins. Complex and almost candy like aftertaste. No sulphur? Apparently a source of national pride this wine. #niagara #canada

Ripe but fresh. A bit reductive but there's a good dose of tangy citrus. This seriously shows off what we can do in Canada, particularly in Ontario

This Pinot Noir is done right. Balanced. Polished finish that sings the right note and closes at the right time. It's a great expression of what Ontario should be capable of when the proper time and care is taken with the grape. And it's not twisted like California pinots are. It's light, mineral, floral, and so impressive.
