Delicious red cherry, tart/ripe, very floral, tannins present but not powerful...delightful wine perfect with beef sliders with bacon!

Nice nose of violets. Palate brings dark & sour cherries with a hint of earth. Velvety tannins, very nice!

Medium-bodied with classic high acidity. Flavours of bitter cherry, blueberry, herbs, and some mineral.

Slightly OB for a blind tasting but a good reminder of the Gamay/Dolcetto similarity. Slightly darker with elevated tannins but they mostly do the same thing

This Dolcetto is quite deep in color (ruby). Dolcetto is the Italian Beaujolais. Personally, better than Beaujolais. High acidity and fresh red fruit aftertaste. Very pleasant wine.

Paired with chili garlic hanger steak & Gorgonzola mash potatoes. Dried mushroom, fresh cut cedar, bramble, purple fruit aromas. Very soft tannins, medium acid, heavy bramble berry on the palate.
