When you’re out for your birthday, you break out the ‘07. Tart cherries, black raspberry, and herbal aromas. Quite delicious!

Dark and brooding with aromas of cassis, dried blueberries and licorice. Really pleasing and balanced on the palate. Nice time to enjoy the '06. Will test it out with the Coravin in a few days.

Oh boy... 2005 was my favorite vintage of the 2000s. I tucked two of these away and enjoyed the first tonight. What a gem! Brooding dark fruits on the nose but elegance on the palate. Gorgeous!
